Experience Needed:

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI for each marketing department and improve effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Create dashboards and frameworks across all departments to feed and manage the flow data to a central location including integrating systems with finance
  • Work with accounting and finance to ensure appropriate codes for marketing spend and set up controls with each marketing department and their leaders for correct use of codes and reporting of marketing spend
  • Work closely with agency vendors of record to acquire data for the organization
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and provide insights and reporting to the business pertaining to findings
  • Present to executive suite and stakeholders identifying areas of improvement and providing solutions
  • Proficiency within Google Analytics, Tableau, and Salesforce (at minimum)
  • 10+ years of experience and minimum 3 years of leadership experience (required)
  • Timeshare industry experience - highly preferred
