  5. Effective communicator with good written and oral presentation skills
  6. Ability to formulate recommendations to solve RIM business issues
  7. Proven project management skills and experience of delivering projects in a matrixed organization
  8. Ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and gain leadership buy-in for proposed change initiatives

**To qualify for the role you must have**

  3. Familiarity with relevant external standards
  4. Understanding of available learning resources, both internal and external
  5. Advanced MS office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and fundamental RIM technologies
  6. Excellent technical acumen and ability to use relevant tools that support EY’s records and information management
  7. Familiarity with key RIM regulations, legislations, industry resources and standards, both in the professional services industry and other key corporate business functions (i.e., human resources, finance); RIM lifecycle requirements and techniques
  8. Prior experience in creating and delivering communications
  9. Experience leading multiple projects and virtual, multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams
  10. Ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to solve problems by gathering data from various sources; evaluate alternatives from multiple stakeholder perspectives and understanding impact on business when addressing/resolving issues
