Licensing Regulatory Specialist 

Fidelity TalentSource is your destination for discovering your next temporary role at Fidelity Investments. We are currently sourcing for a Licensing Regulatory Coordinator to work hybrid at our Jacksonville, FL. 
 

As contractor, you will be working across both the State Regulatory Inquiries and Licensing Regulatory Specialist teams to cover volume spikes and parental leaves.  

The Purpose of Your Role
You play a crucial role in administering and maintaining associate Financial Licenses & State Registrations. This includes tracking regulatory tasks, scheduling exams, helping associates complete regulatory documentation, and coordinating answers and resources between the two teams you will be supporting. You will be handling complex regulatory situations. Your confidentiality is essential.

In order to do this successfully, you must follow established policy and procedure, learn quickly and reach out with questions when you are unsure. No industry experience is required.
