Job Title: P&C Business Analysis with Specialty Insurance


Work Location: New York, NY (3 days a week – Hybrid Onsite Mandatory)


Required Experience: 10+ Years


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to support business decisions and identify trends
  • System Implementation: Assist in the implementation of new systems or updates to existing systems
  • Project Management: Manage or support various projects ensuring they meet business objectives and deadlines
  • Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
  • Compliance: Ensure that business processes comply with industry regulations and standards


Key Skills:

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and business processes
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the property and casualty insurance industry
