Change Management Specialist

6-Month Contract to Full-Time Hire - $130k Conversion Salary

Location: Any major city in Ohio, Detroit, or Chicago

Start Date: Mid November


Overview: We are looking to hire a Change Management Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis for our premier banking client. These roles will support change initiatives across the bank, working closely with various teams. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with an agile mindset who are eager to contribute to a holistic change management strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Management Execution: Collaborate with various teams across the bank to understand, manage, and facilitate change initiatives effectively.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders in both technology and business domains to ensure that change efforts align with the organization's objectives.
  • Agile Mindset: Apply an adoption-focused, agile approach to change management, identifying how proposed changes will impact customers and driving strategies to support seamless transitions.
  • Holistic Impact Assessment: Develop a comprehensive understanding of how changes affect various aspects of the bank, ensuring that customer experience remains a priority.
  • Adaptability: Participate in a wide range of projects and change initiatives across different departments, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges.


Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of both technology and business processes.
  • Experience in change management, preferably in a banking or financial services environment (commercial banking experience is a plus but not required).
  • Demonstrated ability to adopt a holistic approach to change management and consider the broader impact on customers.
  • A proactive and "hungry" attitude, with the eagerness to drive change and contribute to the organization’s success.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Project Management (PMP) certification is not required, though a solid understanding of project dynamics is beneficial.
