Tarantino Properties is seeking a Commercial Property Manager/Leasing Agent to join their growing team in the Dallas metropolitan area for an expanding mixed-use portfolio. The right candidate must have good knowledge of commercial real estate including a broad understanding of accounting, building maintenance, leasing, marketing, business development and tenant relations.


Responsibilities:

Involved with all operations of managing and leasing commercial properties

Managing B, C, and D class properties

Leasing- new and renewals

Reporting interdepartmentally and to clients

Maintains tenant files and digital records/updates internal tracking of insurances/exceptions/options

Collection of rents, preparing an annual budget/escalations, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances

Participate in weekly calls with ownership

Must be familiar with the Dallas market

Travel up to 30% (Texas)

Monthly 2 day trip is required


Qualifications:

Active Texas Real Estate License is required

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Minimum of two years of commercial property management experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi)
