Phoenix Mental Health and Wellness

At Phoenix, our commitment to optimal mental health and steadfast support isn’t just for our clients; it extends to every team member.

The center needs a Executive Director to have leadership to support the day-to-day operations of the center, provide communication and updates for corporate initiatives, manage the P&Ls, and support admin and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care and compliance with all regulatory standards. This is a full-time in-person position at our Tempe, AZ location.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $140,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in operations, business development, or related fields of study
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience leading, managing, and driving change in a highly regulated environment

  • Recommend, develop, and assist in the strategic long-range planning process as it relates to all clinic departments in support of the clinics’ mission, philosophy, and goals
  • Make recommendations for business development and expansion opportunities within assigned territories
  • Support the implementation of all expansion projects
  • Provide leadership and mentoring for site leaders and administrative staff in establishing department objectives related to clinical practice, staffing, policies, and procedures
  • Support the professional growth and development of clinical staff
