Schedule: Shifts and days of week vary based on occupancy. Weekends and evenings included.

Job Summary:

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily food & beverage operations to achieve planned goals for breakfast and HBar operations in keeping with all corporate and brand standards, emphasizing required product, scripting, and other QA items. In this role, the Food & Beverage Supervisor will demonstrate leadership in directing team members and ensuring the best possible service and highest possible quality of the product.

The critical goals of the Food & Beverage Supervisor are to ensure team members are adhering to scripting and uniform requirements, following brand standard guidelines, and overseeing inventory of food & beverage, alcohol, and guest market. They are directly responsible for the success of the F&B team. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will report to the AGM and GM.

This is a working supervisor position that will work along with colleagues on all shifts. There are no office hours for this position. The only exception from working shifts are responsibilities of taking inventories, placing orders, scheduling staff & attending manager’s meetings every week with a max allowance of 4 hours per week for these tasks.

Job Requirements:

Split shifts and a 6-day work week may be required to maintain 40 hours

  • Required to work breakfast on Saturday & Sunday mornings
  • Required to attend weekly Manager’s meeting held by GM
  • Responsible for coverage of all F&B shifts in the event of a call-off
  • Maintains Illinois Manager’s Food Sanitation certification or obtain within 60 days
  • Maintains alcohol Basset certification or receive within ten days
  • Responsible for scheduling/staffing/setup of breakfast, HBar & meeting room
  • Responsible for successful execution of all meeting room events
