If you have good team-leading skills, like to work in a fast-paced environment, have great communication abilities and experience in coordinating an after-school program this job is for you.


The requirements for applying to this position are: 


  • Work Monday through Friday 2:15-6:15 pm 
  • Be at least 18 years of age 
  • Prior experience working with children Pre-K- 5th Grade (1 year) 
  • Prior experience coordinating a children’s program (1 year) 


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Supports and help teaching staff
  • Implements and carries out all CLS policies and procedures 
  • Opens and/or close of site locations
  • Greets parents and children in a professional and courteous manner 
  • Responds to parents’ questions and requests 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
  • Familiar with the program Excel (read students’ schedules and daily activities) 
  • Legally authorized to work in the US



Additional requirements:

  • Good references from previous employers 
  • Reliable transportation 

Education requirements:

  • AA Degree or higher
