We are looking for a full-time Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of high voltage construction - specifically Electrical Transmission & Distribution, Substation Construction & Maintenance - and have 2-6 years of experience in the field.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assisting the Project Manager with the planning, scheduling, and execution of substation projects
  • Preparing and managing project budgets
  • Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors
  • Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Maintaining project documentation

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 2-6 years of experience in substation construction and maintenance
  • Strong understanding of high voltage construction
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
