We are seeking a Genesis Salesperson to work for us at our Genesis Irvine dealership Your main duties will include conducting test drives, showcasing vehicles, building and maintaining relationships with customers to understand automotive preferences and match them to their dream vehicle.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their automotive preferences and requirements.
  • Showcase Genesis vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features, benefits, and unique selling points.
  • Conduct test drives and provide in-depth product demonstrations to showcase the performance and luxury of Genesis vehicles.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, financing options, and purchase agreements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position Genesis vehicles in the marketplace.
  • Provide exceptional customer service after, during, and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in automotive sales or retail sales, with a focus on luxury products preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
