You will be a part of a dynamic team that thrives on delivering innovative solutions to our clients, helping them achieve their strategic objectives.

Contractual Arrangement:

Consultants are retained as contractors under ISEI Consulting, LLC's exclusive representation and are subject to terms that prioritize the organization’s business interests.

Responsibilities: Client Engagement:

  1. Analyze client requirements and tailor consultancy services accordingly.
  2. Maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
  3. Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to extend the reach and impact of ISEI Consulting.

Business Development:

  1. Work closely with ISEI Consulting's in-house marketing teams to generate quality leads.
  2. Optimize sales strategies based on customer needs and market trends.
  3. Contribute to the strategic planning and scaling of the consultancy services.

Intellectual Property:

  1. Adhere strictly to ISEI Consulting's intellectual property policies.
  2. Contribute to developing proprietary methods, tools, and deliverables that ISEI Consulting will own exclusively.

Continuous Learning and Skill Development:

  1. Participate in in-house training programs and industry-standard certification courses.
  2. Keep updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Compliance and Reporting:

  1. Submit timely and accurate reports to higher management.
  2. Comply with all company policies, including Code of Ethics, Confidentiality, and Conflict of Interest guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in consultancy.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

Compensation:

The consultant will be compensated through a commission-based or hybrid model tailored to reward high-performance levels.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the contract upon written notice, with terms specified for curing any contractual violations.
