- Prepare shipments by verifying and filling orders, packing boxes, and labeling them.
- Schedule trucks for pickup and delivery of shipments. Verify that correct products are loaded.
- Maintain inventory records by entering product storage locations. Follow shipping instructions and ensure deliveries meet customer requirements.
- Prepare bills of lading and shipping labels.
- Ensure shipments meet packaging and labeling requirements.
- May drive vehicle to pick up or deliver materials when needed.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a shipping/receiving role is preferred.
- Must have knowledge of shipping procedures, documentation, and freight.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Must pay close attention to details.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
