What You'll Do:

The Inspector position is responsible for quality assurance and ensuring that rental units are reset to the level of our standards. The Inspector will review rooms and thoroughly check that all units are clean, stocked, and presentable. In addition to checking rooms, the Inspector will be expected to assist in getting rooms up to standard, expedite turnaround times, and provide professional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a discerning eye for detail; be professional and self-driven; and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment. Full-time, year-round and seasonal positions available. Full-time employees are benefits eligible. Housing may be available on a first-come, first-served basis based on position. Qualified Bilingual Spanish applicants eligible for salary differential


Position starts at $22.00-$25.00/hr. + DOE.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Inspect units and uphold standards for stocking, cleanliness, and presentability.
  • Work with Unit Cleaners to maintain quality service.
  • Organize inspection reports.
  • Communicate with guests and resolve any requests or issues.

What You'll Bring:

  • 1+ years housekeeping experience - preferred.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English - required.
  • Bilingual Spanish - highly preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent - preferred
