Patient Scheduling Specialist
Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Scheduling Specialist to join our team in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. In this role, you will help support Mountain Land clinics throughout Utah, Idaho and Montana by scheduling patients who are in need of physical therapy services.

Exceptional customer service and being an active listener are both crucial components of the position. Patients, physician offices, and other referral sources will be communicating with you on a daily basis. Listening to each patient's story will be key in ensuring they are scheduled with the perfect therapist for their needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collecting patient information, educating patients on what to expect, organizing clinics' schedules, and being the glue between patients and clinics. If you enjoy working for a healthcare company that will help you grow professionally, then this position is for you


Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour starting wage dependent on experience, with room to grow


Hours & Benefits: This is a full time position, from 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.


Location: Cottonwood Heights, Utah; with the option to work hybrid.

Requirements:
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.

  • Must be proficient with working on a computer.
