Job Specific Duties

  • Supervisory Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of retail associates, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they excel in their roles and deliver exceptional service to customers.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate and encourage a culture of outstanding customer service among team members, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.

  • Sales and Inventory Management: Oversee retail sales and inventory management processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely replenishment of stock to meet customer demand.

  • Product Knowledge and Promotion: Train team members on product knowledge and promotion strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.

  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure attractive and visually appealing displays that showcase merchandise effectively and attract customers' attention.

  • Effective Communication: Facilitate clear communication between team members and other hospital staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Safety and Sanitation Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols in retail areas, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

  • Coaching and Development: Identify opportunities for improvement and provide ongoing coaching and training to team members, helping them develop their skills and grow within their roles.

  • Special Event Coordination: Collaborate with management to plan and execute special retail events and promotions to enhance the shopping experience for hospital staff, patients, and visitors.

What you will need

  • Previous experience in retail management or customer service leadership role preferred.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.
