SUMMARY:


The International Bulk Shipping Clerk is responsible for all international bulk shipping to all of Asea Global 3PL Partners. In addition, performs a variety of warehouse tasks as needed.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Receives bulk orders from the Logistic Team
  • Picks, verifies, packs and palletizes all bulk orders
  • Ships orders out of the WMS (warehouse management system)
  • Assists in other areas such as housekeeping, domestic small parcel shipping and production as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Knowledgeable in warehousing procedures
  • Ability to give attention to detail
  • Ability to speak and read English and interpret documents such as picking ticket, invoice and other related international shipping documents
  • Ability to calculate mathematically
  • Ability to work well with other departments
  • Must be willing to work overtime if needed
  • Must be able to operate forklift and other warehouse equipment
  • Ability to work on your feet all day
  • Ability to lift 50lbs or more
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must have warehouse and shipping supervision experience
  • Must have WMS (warehouse management system) experience
