Operations Accounting Manager (Mult. Pos.), Webber, LLC, The Woodlands, TX.


Collaborate with other department groups to resolve issues with accounting systems and financial planning. Ensure compliance requirements are met by reviewing the existing accounting process and company accounts with monthly and annual reporting. Provide the organization with the appropriate financial and operating information. Report to management regarding the finances of establishment. Analyze and review existing records to identify any potential budget deviation. Draft policy guidelines to develop and implement solutions for the organization. Develop and implement system for managing suppliers and subcontracting controls including contracts, bill of landing, invoices, payments, accruals, and legal documentation. Develop and evaluate new functionalities for the company's financial system. Oversee risk identification and resolution.


40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, and two (2) years of related work experience.


Must have two (2) years of experience with/in:


  • Managing project control, turnover, collections and payments, contract details, issuing invoices and posting supplier invoices by utilizing ERP and financial consolidation software, such as SAP and HCSS Construction management to perform equipment and labor cost analysis;
  • Utilizing knowledge of financial statements, job cost, job billings, performed quantities, project revenue, and collection of accounts receivables and liens and bond claims to perform accounting functions;
  • Applying understanding of construction cost deviation and construction schedule deviations to prepare budgets; and
  • Leveraging understanding of corporate tax procedures to coordinate with external

20% travel required.
