Job Responsibilities:

  • Offer comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Efficiently handle and process sales orders, contracts, and customer inquiries, including collecting payments when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales orders for easy access and reference.
  • Collaborate in organizing impactful meetings and reports with both the Operations and Sales teams to bolster the efforts of the sales team.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to sales activities.
  • Foster close collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient completion of sales-related tasks.
  • Handle incoming calls and efficiently transfer them to designated queues.
  • Provide backup coverage for the reception area during scheduled breaks, absences, or high-volume periods.
  • Execute general office duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents to ensure organizational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adeptness with computers.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to serve as the primary point of contact for sales orders and billing inquiries, showcasing strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Possess two or more years of experience in sales order entry, billing, and customer service roles.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving, with the ability to assess situations effectively.
    • Administrative experience in the construction industry, working with contractors.
