Job Summary:
Envision Honda of Milpitas is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all inbound and outbound shipments from our dealership, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of vehicles and parts. The Shipping and Receiving Specialist will work closely with our sales, service and parts departments to maintain efficient and effective inventory management. This is a full-time individual contributor role in the fast-paced and exciting automotive industry.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly rate, paid semimonthly. In addition, the successful candidate will have access to our comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming vehicle shipments to ensure accuracy and condition of vehicles
- Coordinate with sales department to schedule vehicle deliveries to customers and maintain accurate delivery records
- Work with service department to receive parts and supplies, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely delivery to technicians
- Unload and organize shipments of parts and supplies and maintain a clean and organized warehouse area
- Conduct regular inventory audits and investigate and resolve any discrepancies
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers on shipping and delivery schedules
- Prepare and package vehicles for outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation and secure packaging
- Oversee shipping and delivery of vehicles to and from auctions, dealerships, and other locations as needed
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
