Position Responsibilities:
- Execute all assigned service jobs with precision and dedication.
- Maintain effective communication with the Lead Technician for technical assistance and unique service challenges.
- Attend service training classes to stay updated on new products and refresh skills on less common ones.
- Ensure prompt submission of daily paperwork, including timecards and maintenance reports.
- Maintain open communication with dispatchers and the service office regarding job status and availability.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with territory sales representatives, keeping them informed of potential sales opportunities.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience preferred in generator repair, but those with experience in diesel repair, automotive repair, or industrial engine repair are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong customer orientation with exceptional communication skills.
- Proficiency in time management for organizing and managing multiple priorities.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with laptop fundamentals.
- Possession of necessary tools for repairs, per our recommended tool list.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds occasionally.
