Position Overview: We're actively seeking versatile and skilled Handyman and Electrician professionals to join our team. As representatives of Nandail Property Management, you'll provide exceptional maintenance and repair services, ensuring the functionality and safety of residential and commercial properties.

Designated Jobs:
 

1. Plumbing: (Certified or Licensed)

  • Installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial plumbing systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and regulations for safety and quality.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates and maintain clear communication with clients.

2. HVAC Technician: (Certified or Licensed)

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance to optimize HVAC system performance.
  • Test and calibrate HVAC components for proper functionality.
  • Promptly respond to emergency service calls and address issues with efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed records of HVAC maintenance and repairs.

3. Handyman:

  • Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for both residential and commercial properties.
  • Carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and general handyman duties.
  • Troubleshoot and fix minor plumbing and electrical issues.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

4. Electrician: (Certified or Licensed)

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.
  • Troubleshoot electrical problems and perform necessary repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations for safety and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service.
 

Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Reliable transportation.

Licensed electricians will receive priority consideration and competitive compensation.
