About the job
Elephants on Cedar Hills is our newest location, opening in Beaverton in late summer. It will be one of our largest stores, featuring grab-and-go selections plus a grill, freshly prepared foods, cheese and charcuterie, gelato, wine, beer, catering, espresso service, and a wide variety of specialty groceries.
Our Elephants on Cedar Hills is looking for an Expeditor for orders. The “Expo” is a very multi-tasking role designed for one who thrives in high-energy environments; loves to pay attention to small details; and stays calm during busy rushes. You’ll be answering phones, gathering food and materials for orders, creating beautiful catering trays, and ensuring on-time and complete fulfillment of orders for clients’ parties and events.
You will be on your feet and moving most of the day and need strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and catering software experience is a plus) to enter and track orders. The ideal candidate for our team would be a great team player - with a positive upbeat personality A food handlers’ card is required for this position.
