Customer Service Representative - Ocean Import Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customer inquiries for import cargo through email and phone
  • Monitor all assigned cargo that is in transit or at terminal
  • Cross functionally communicates to manage timely delivery of cargo and escalate where needed
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products

Preferred skills (not required)

  • US Regulatory Transportation Requirement
  • Knowledge of International Cargo Container Movement
  • Experience with Terminal and Rail Operations
