Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operator II to join our production operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building products by adhering to all Quality Systems and Processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role involves working with small parts under a microscope and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all Quality Policies and Systems.
  • Maintain accurate records including Lot History Records (LHR) and follow GMP/GDP policies.
  • Process small parts under a microscope.
  • Meet average cycle time and quality standard requirements.
  • Maintain acceptable attendance, including scheduled overtime.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with team members and cross-functional groups.
  • Rotate to other stations as necessary.
  • Follow safety policies and practices, escalating any issues related to product quality or workplace safety.
  • Adhere to 5S principles and goals.
  • Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the medical device/pharmaceutical field or a related area.
  • Ability to work in a Controlled Environment Room.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in reading, writing, and math, with respect to accuracy and inventory control.
  • Polymer and/or tip forming experience is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • Potential exposure to radiation sources such as fluoroscope and X-Ray in a catheter laboratory setting.
  • Potential exposure to chemicals.
  • Ability to work with heavy machinery and lift heavy objects.
  • Ability to wear protective gear in a lab setting.
