Service Complete Electric, Inc., an industry leader in the commercial electrical field is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our fast-paced office located in Oviedo, FL. This position is responsible for answering & routing phone calls; greeting visitors, vendors & clients; data entry; mail & package handling for incoming/outgoing mail; office upkeep & organization; scanning; filing and supporting the Back Office team.

 

Qualified applicants should have excellent organization and communication skills.  Attention to detail and well-developed interpersonal skills is essential.  Applicants must also be proficient in using a computer with programs such as Outlook, Word & Excel along with thorough knowledge of internet sources and utilization. High School Diploma and at least 1 year of administrative office experience is required. Experience in data processing and entry, specifically in the construction industry, is preferred.

 

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with a 1 hour lunch. Service Complete Electric, Inc. offers a well-rounded benefits package which includes health, vision, dental and life insurance as well as short term disability and 401k.
