At Callis Insurance, we are united by a shared commitment to exceptional service, driven by our values of Teamwork, Respect, and Adaptability.
By utilizing rapport-building techniques and superb communication skills, this role will work to solve clients’ problems effectively and efficiently by:
- Provide outstanding inbound service (Phone Support and Documentation).
- Work to support the Account Executive by processing service-related tasks.
- Bring a positive attitude and efficient work ethic.
- Prior customer service in the medical field or insurance is required.
We provide coaching and utilize technology to support the role.
