Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Automation Warehouse Associate to join our exciting and dynamic team In this exciting, brand new role on our team, you'll get the opportunity to work with cutting edge technology and custom software for the next version of our inventory management platform. If you're excited about the opportunity to be the first to join our automation team, you're punctual, have a keen eye for detail, and are a team player - then this role is for you
Responsibilities:
- Operate the conveyer and do the quality assurance needed to make sure that the conveyor is always running properly
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders
- Perform load and unload tasks safely and efficiently
- Receive orders and accurately ensure that all incoming boxes are offloaded and placed in the correct area according to our system directions
- Conduct inventory control activities to ensure accuracy
- Utilize technical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
Requirements:
- You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- You are excited about technology and have a strong technical acumen
- You're a self-starter, with excellent organizational skills and a strong eye for detail
- You're punctual, reliable, and a team player.
- You have a clean background check
- Physical Requirements: Able to frequently stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, squat and use light/fine grasping. Able to frequently sit and stand, reach above shoulders, perform desk based computer tasks, write by hand, lift, carry, push, stack, and pull objects that weigh up to 40 pounds.

- You're eager to join a startup team. You enjoy balancing a fast-paced environment with a culture of making process improvements and technology upgrades to increase efficiency.
- You're committed and consistent. This is a full-time position of 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6pm. You must be committed to excellent performance and consistent in showing up on-time, all the time.
