Tarpon Solutions is a family owned and family run team providing roofing services like leak remediation, roof restoration, consultative services and systems for wall, balcony and foundation waterproofing/aesthetic applications.  We’ve Been in the Coating Business for Over 10+ years and believe that the proof is in the roof

We are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Roofer to join our growing team in Cartersville, GA.  The perfect candidate is a seasoned Roofer, who can tackle complex roofing projects on a variety of buildings.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Install, repair, and maintain various commercial roofing systems (e.g., TPO, BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, Metal)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot leaks and other roofing issues
• Efficiently tear off and replace existing roofs while adhering to safety protocols
• Install flashing, coping, and other roof accessories
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with project managers and clients
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment

What Makes YOU great

• You have a minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roofing 
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Proficiency in operating roofing equipment (e.g., torches, saws, lifts, hot air welders)
• Your ability to use a hot air welder
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
