As the Shift Leader, you will be pivotal in managing our manufacturing process during your assigned shifts. Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Oversee daily shift operations, from initiating machine start-ups to ensuring orderly shutdowns.
  • Supervise, mentor, and lead a team of operators, fostering accountability and high performance.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and coordinate with the production manager to uphold standards.
  • Engage in problem-solving, quickly addressing and resolving operational hitches to minimize downtime.
  • Strong technical knowledge of EPS and injection machinery, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing leadership, exceptional communication, and organizational abilities.
