We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our
growing team. You will be an integral part of supporting our marketing team and
our Surge branches with marketing materials to grow their business.
Responsibilities:
• Support our Surge branches with print materials, social media graphics,
proposals, and presentations
• Assist with weekly performance reports
• Monitor social media engagement and comments Monitor our social
media platforms Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, & Twitter
• Assist with internal marketing materials (Name tags, giveaway graphics
and job fair)
• Manage our SurgeJobs Facebook group
• Monitor and reply to Google, Glassdoor, Indeed, and Facebook reviews
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team
• Partner with marketing and creative team to identify new marketing
opportunities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn,
Instagram, & Twitter
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to multitask while meeting deadlines
• Experience with Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
• 1 year of experience in a similar role
