Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:
  • Oversee building compliance for all Great Lakes Petroleum and subsidiary locations.
  • Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
  • File appropriate compliance reports with regulatory agencies.
  • Stay informed about any changes or updates to building codes and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of building code violations and enforcement actions.
  • Maintain permitting for tanks, as well as electrical permits.
  • Performs other related work as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Regular travel to GLP locations, tanks, etc. required in order to perform the position's basic job duties.
  • Keep Management informed of compliance issues, progress, and corrections.
  • Must be a motivated, self-starter who is able to work with a variety of teams and levels of the organization.
