Located in downtown Las Vegas, The Mob Museum is a non-profit museum with a mission of advancing the public understanding of organized crime’s history and impact on American society. Since opening in 2012, the Museum has enjoyed continued growth and success; today the Museum welcomes over 400,000 guests annually.

As part of its guest offerings, the Museum offers an immersive simulation where guests experience the training that law enforcement officers receive, including video-based and live role-playing scenarios. As a Training Officer, you will escort guests through the experience spaces, explaining firearms safety protocols, leading individuals and small groups through a series of simulation and live-action scenarios, and finally debriefing with guests including topics of de-escalation and use of force decisions. The experience utilizes air guns to provide an authentic and safe simulated training experience.

The Museum is looking for candidates with superior guest engagement skills coupled with prior experience in firearms training methods in a law enforcement, security, military or similar setting.

Preference will be given to candidates available to work a flexible schedule. The ability to speak a language other than English fluently is preferred.
