Bar Lead,
Duties:
-Drive the creation of a new and elevated bar program
-Build and Maintain an exciting and dynamic bar
- Manage and train staff members to ensure excellent service and adherence to company standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
-Open/Close the restaurant as needed
Skills:
- Proven experience as a bar manager or leader
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions
- Familiarity with restaurant management software systems
