A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN EXPERIENCED TREE TRIMMER - CLIMBER

As an Experienced Tree Trimmer, you relish the opportunity to tackle a new job every day. You are proud to know that your work gives healthy trees a better chance to flourish and that it provides old trees with a useful end. Your experience can give you the chance to lead a hard-working crew. Always safety conscious, you man the chainsaw and trim or cut according to your knowledge of the best plan of attack for the situation.

Often, you are in the lift, working high above the ground. Once finished, you clean your surroundings and leave them looking better than they did before. When you interact with our clients, your friendly customer service makes them glad they called us for their tree care needs. You are proud to play such a key role in helping our community be safer and look nicer


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a tree trimmer (climbing experience increases eligibility)
  • Experience operating heavy equipment
  • Ability to work in a lift at 70-100 feet
  • Have a clean driving record; CDL preferred
  • Willingness to adhere to OSHA standards
  • Ability to perform labor associated with the position
  • Able to be competent and safe working with a chainsaw
  • Must have experience in climbing and trimming trees
  • Some experience operating a Lift and trimming or operating a bucket truck and trimming trees
  • Be a team player
  • Take directions
  • Travel within the surrounding counties and occasionally out of town
