Job Summary/Mohr Intro.

Mohr Partners, Inc. is looking for a qualified intern to join our Lease Administration team for Summer 2024 in our Dallas, TX office. This internship is designed for current college students, undergraduate or graduate, seeking a career in commercial real estate. The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment with a well-rounded knowledge of Corporate and Commercial Real Estate, as they will be responsible for accurately managing and reporting significant real estate obligations and leases.


Essential Functions

· Global lease services website maintenance

· Quality control legal documents

· Quality control desktop audits

· Quality control one-time payments/month rent payment batches

· Reconcile the monthly rental statements for client’s

· Open and sort lease administration mail and send to team for processing

· Manage tickets in Global Lease Services Ticketing System

· Tracking security deposit return for certain clients

· Help maintain straight line rent reports

· Create/write/edit case studies

· Create/Write/edit “request for proposals” for prospective clients

· Create/write/edit process manuals for clients

· Create/edit/maintain Real Estate Reports

· Work on projects for multiple clients

· Attend weekly real estate meetings


Education & Experience

  • Qualifications: Current Students majoring in:
    • Real Estate
    • Finance

Physical Requirements

  • Involves work of a general office nature
  • Typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day
  • Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type
  • Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
  • Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays.
