As a Junior Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in our client's dynamic sales team. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the role. You will collaborate closely with our experienced account managers, learning the ins and outs of managing customer and client relationships, as well as driving business growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Learn about our products/services and the unique value the we offer to customers
  • Learn how to assist senior account managers in the day-to-day running of promotional event campaigns
  • Assist with customer acquisitions and nurturing of customer relations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer and client needs are met
  • Participate in sales meetings and client presentations
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, sales or equivalent work experience is a bonus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and self-driven with a passion for learning
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
