We are looking for a motivated individual for our Farmers Insurance office who is looking to continue their career in insurance and help serve their community. This candidate should be able to complete tasks as given with minimal supervision, handle incoming calls, and other customer requests. The ideal person for this role is trustworthy, reliable, and understands the basic aspects of insurance. Training is available but a Property and Casualty Insurance license is required for this position.

Responsibilities
Ability to discuss accounts with customers
Working with customers to handle any questions and inquiries that need to be handled
Support current customers by handling phone calls, transfers, claims and correspondence
Establish positive working relationships with clients, underwriters, repair services, and the local community
Requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Secure any needed Documents from customers.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Document customer interactions in CRM system
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- 8:30am - 5pm, M-F Work Schedule
