Location: Rockledge, FL Summary:LEAD Technical is currently looking for a Rework Technician for our manufacturing client in the Rockledge area. In this role, you will be performing after solder assembly and touch up of solder joints. Additionally, you will perform rework and repair to boards. This is a CONTRACT role that is available immediately.  Responsibilities: 
  • Perform solder touch-up to IPC-610 standards.
  • Perform rework and repair to IPC-7711 and IPC-7721 standards.
  • Work closely with Production and Quality to resolve various quality issues.
 Qualifications:  
  • Minimum 2 years electronics assembly experience required.
  • Strong experience with soldering and rework required.
  • Experience and knowledge of IPC-610 standard.
  • HS Diploma or GED Required.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
