Compensation is competitive and based on experience

 

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary up to $75,000 per year
- Paid semi-monthly

Responsibilities

  • Manage leads through phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential customers and provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
  • Gather and record customer information accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement new strategies and promotions to generate leads
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our dealership's products and services
  • Provide support to the sales team by assisting with administrative tasks as needed
  • Uphold the dealership's standards and policies at all times

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
