BizFirst is assisting our client with recruiting a Full-time Process Analysis and Improvement Specialist – Mid-level – TS/SCI CI Poly – Bethesda, MD. Our client is a boutique consulting firm that employs consultants and professionals with unique skill sets to support the federal government with strategic execution, financial process enablement, IT systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation.

What will you do

As a Process Analysis and Improvement Specialist, you will identify and document existing processes in support of defined process improvement initiatives. In this role, you will provide support through process improvement methods such as mapping, analysis, reporting, use of data collection tools and techniques, and the ability to assess the results of process improvement documentation.


Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and documents existing processes in support of defined process improvement initiatives

  • Assesses the results of process improvement documentation


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience possessing a Lean Six Sigma certification, implementing process improvement and change initiatives with a Federal department, agency, or private sector


Preferred Skills
  • Master's degree or an equivalent degree
  • Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience assessing existing Intelligence Community (IC) capabilities for meeting Federal Government-wide initiatives aimed at improving financial management practices, and 5-7 years of experience coordinating/collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, both within and outside the IC & other departments/services related to audit, financial, resource, counterintelligence, and systems management
