TITLE: Technical Specialist

REPORTS TO: Quality Control Manager

SUMMARY:

Responsible for configuring and troubleshooting related IID hardware and software. Follow technical processes

to Calibrate, QC and troubleshoot product in a process driven environment. Resolve technical issues through

electronic medium such as email or phone.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following – other duties may be assigned:

• Configuring related equipment

• Following process documentation

• Identify, resolve and advise on operational issues

• Work with custom PC applications

• Document events using software tools

• Update procedural documents and inventories

• Analyze equipment with the help of diagnostic tools and procedures

• Resolve recurrent problems and difficulties

• Coordinate equipment replacement

• Identify technical issue and resolve the problem via phone, email or any other electronic medium

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in using PC applications such as web browsers, e-mail, etc

• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and respond promptly

• Good communication and organization skills are essential

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
