Blunier Builders, Inc. is a post frame building company located in Washington, IL that specializes in post frame buildings (pole buildings) for a variety of applications including Agriculture, Residential, and Commercial. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in our Accounting department. The individual must possess a valid drivers license and will be required to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. We offer competitive pay based on experience as well as great benefits.
Job Responsibilities:
- General bookkeeping for grounds maintenance and snow removal; some construction bookkeeping will be required
- Receive and communicate all payments coming into Blunier Builders
- Create accurate invoices and send to customers in a timely manner
- Completing accurate reports in a timely manner
- Assisting the rest of the accounting department
- Organize snow and grounds contracts
Job Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance a plus
Experience with Quickbooks Desktop
Detail Oriented a must
Good Organizational skills
Self Motivated
Strong team player
Good communication skills
