Summary:

As an Project Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting the Vice President of Operations and contributing to the success of our projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of site development and operations management. You will be responsible for a wide range of operational tasks, working closely with the VP of Operations to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Collaborate with VP of Operations to plan, execute, and oversee site development projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Site Analysis: Conduct site assessments, gather data, and assess feasibility, considering topography, soil analysis, and environmental factors.
  • Permitting and Compliance: Assist in securing permits and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and uphold quality standards, ensuring work meets specifications and industry best practices.
  • Coordination: Manage documentation, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, track budgets, and prioritize safety on project sites.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
