This means we are constantly looking at Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms' performance data to optimize and streamline creative decisions to give our direct-to-consumer clients the best chance of success in the marketplace to grow their client base.

We never settle for "good enough" and react in real-time to make creative decisions and leverage how the world responds to our creativity to make it even better.

The ideal candidate is curiously passionate about 'why' video advertisements work & how social media trends go viral

Responsibilities
  • Researching and analyzing questionnaires from our clients to understand the company, product, and customers.
  • Writing conversion-focused direct response ads and shot scripts for our clients, primarily direct-to-consumer brands like HexClad, TRX, Hug Sleep, Loftie, and more.
  • Coming up with hypotheses of what we'd like to learn and executing creative based on that
  • Taking in data and incorporating it into future ads.
  • Share findings and creative trends with the Homestead team and clients.
Qualifications
  • Facebook & Instagram product knowledge is required, TikTok is a big plus
  • An interest in performance advertising
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is a plus
  • Experience working as part of a remote team is a plus
  • A passion for learning
  • Bonus: Experience with software like Motion, Foreplay, ClickUp, Slack, etc.
