We are offering a Sign On Bonus of $10,000 paid out quarterly

The primary tasks of the Intake Therapist are;

  • Facilitate acceptance of client informed consent documents
  • Ensure all documentation is properly completed prior to the start of the Intake Assessment
  • Gather all relevant clinical data to make an informed preliminary diagnosis and document in the intake assessment
  • Educate clients on recommended treatment services
  • Facilitate the linkage of clients to recommended services
  • Assess client's level of care and facilitate higher level when needed.
  • Identification of client's current risk level
  • Maintain client safety as needed through crisis intervention
  • Develops effective working relationship and maintains communication with team

Education: MA degree in professional counseling or related field. Must have Maryland State Professional Counselor licensure and credentials as a LCPC, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LMSW or evidence for licensure examination at time of employment.
