Responsibilities (will vary by client):
  • Assist with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Assist with mobility and physical exercises.
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
  • Monitor and administer medications as prescribed.
  • Accompany the client to appointments, errands, and social activities.
  • Communicate effectively with the client and their family members.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the healthcare team.

Qualifications:
  • Applicants must be willing to complete all necessary requirements for employment
  • Must be availability to work Monday - Friday 8am -2pm
  • Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Ability to handle physical aspects of the job, including lifting and assisting with mobility.
  • Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
  • Clean driving record
  • Prior home care experience a plus
  • Access to email and a mobile smart device
  • Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
