Tara Hospitality is seeking a creative and forward- thinking Food and Beverage Director to join the opening team of our newly constructed dual-brand Canopy and Homewood Suites Hotels in the Downtown Nashville Gulch area.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Direct the Banquet and Outlet functions of the Food and Beverage Department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
  • Interview, hire, supervise, and counsel associates to ensure efficient operations in the Food and Beverage department.
  • Provide clear direction to staff, ensuring alignment with Tara Hospitality and Hilton brand standards and policies.
  • Perform evaluations, resolve issues, and provide open communication with associates.
  • Monitor cost control, property condition, cleanliness, and service quality on a daily basis.
  • Handle associate issues in conjunction with People & Culture following Tara Hospitality policies.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Three-Five years senior leadership experience as a Food and Beverage Director required.
  • Hilton experience preferred.
  • Keen eye for detail and the ability to create great experiences for team & guests alike.
  • Manager Certification in Food Safety and Alcohol Compliance.
  • Fluency in English language (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential.
