Responsibilities
- Assist in bidding projects/conducting job walks
- Install equipment IAW project plans and scope of work
- Oversee all aspects of project progression and execution to meet the costs, schedule, and performance goals
- Install, troubleshoot, test, maintain, and restore HVAC and Refrigeration systems and equipment based on job specifications and local codes
- Ensure safety compliance of all on-site personnel
- Display a positive, professional, and helpful attitude
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck
- Participate actively in all training and weekly meetings
- Promote a team atmosphere while on projects
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and option sheets

Job requirements
- Knowledge of and ability to read blueprints on HVAC and refrigeration
- HVAC/R Technician (EL06A in Washington, LEB in Oregon) with EPA Universal Certification
- In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC and Refrigeration systems and their operational principles
- Proficiency in working with sheet metal to construct field transitions and manipulate ducting
- Strong ability in both verbal and written communication
- Possession of a clean and safe driving record
- Required experience in installing split systems
- Required experience working on/installing VRV and VRF systems
- Required experience in installing Package Units
- Required experience of 4+ years in the installation of commercial HVAC/R systems
- Mandatory clean driving record
- Successful completion of a clean background check
- Satisfactory results from a clean drug screen
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
