Requirements

 

  • A master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or social work from an accredited program.
  • An active and unrestricted clinical license in Florida (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD).
  • Proven clinical acumen and competency in outpatient psychotherapy.
  • High level of professionalism.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to serve adolescents and couples.
  • Capacity to respect diversity and incorporate cultural issues into case conceptualizations.
  • Compliance with clinical documentation standards and best professional practices.
  • Ability to make decisive interventions to ensure patient safety when necessary.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Prior experience in an outpatient clinic setting.
  • Experience managing a full outpatient caseload.
  • Flexibility in work schedule.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Capability to be a Qualified Supervisor.

 

Work Expectations and Benefits

 

  • Part-time Clinicians: See 12+ clients per week with a hybrid work schedule (partial in-person and telehealth).
  • Full-time Clinicians: See 24+ clients per week and participate in our benefits plan, including 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance.
